Health benefits of peppermint powder:

Memory enhancer:  Enhances memory and increases alertness in human beings. It has great effects on cognitive functions which are reasoning, problem-solving, concept formation, judgment, attention span, and even memory.

Prostate Cancer: Preclinical research indicates that peppermint contains a compound known as menthol which inhibits prostate cancer growth

Dental/Bad Breath: The strong menthol flavour and antibacterial quality of peppermint help in improving your breath by removing the foul smell to make it fresh and clean. It has been found to be superior to the mouthwash chemical. The antibacterial element kills the germs that can lead to halitosis.
