 Dosages

How to use Ashwagandha Roots:

1. You have to ground the roots and sieve it to make powder or crushed roots.

2. crushed roots can be used to make ashwagandha tea, which is good for immunity boosting. Just take one teaspoon of crushed ashwagandha roots or ashwagandha root powder, boil with 1 cup of water for 5-6 min. Then drink this ashwagandha infused tea after filtering. Do not take more than 2 cups every day.

3. You take 1 teaspoon of powder along with normal temperature water, once a day.

4. Ashwagandha can be mixed with Safed Musli, Shatavari, launch beej powder or gokharu powder for various purposes.

 

Precautions:

Ashwagandha is generally safe for everyone. If you take ashwagandha with milk, it tends to increase weigh in the person.

Not to be used in pregnancy.
