Exceptions

If the order delivered to you is incorrect. Please send us the image through our chat support or you can write to us on contactus@oilcure.com. Another order will be processed and shipped out within 2 working days. 

Damages

If any product is damaged, which is very unlikely, please send us an image within 24 hours of the package being recieved to contactus@oilcure.com. Our team will look into it and replace the product or provide a refund, if required. 

Return

We have a no return policy as our products are food grade or for personal care. Please write to us if any issues. 

Cancellation Policy

An order once placed cannot be cancelled as it goes straight to packaging department. If there are any issues, please write to us within two hours.
