If the order delivered to you is incorrect. Please send us the image through our chat support or you can write to us on email@example.com. Another order will be processed and shipped out within 2 working days.
If any product is damaged, which is very unlikely, please send us an image within 24 hours of the package being recieved to firstname.lastname@example.org. Our team will look into it and replace the product or provide a refund, if required.
We have a no return policy as our products are food grade or for personal care. Please write to us if any issues.
An order once placed cannot be cancelled as it goes straight to packaging department. If there are any issues, please write to us within two hours.
